Aloha! I currently practice exclusively in Hawai'i and my office is located in West Oahu. My area of focus is complex trauma (C-PTSD) and dissociative disorders. I work with 18+ adults using ACT and Psychodynamic Theory as a foundation for EMDR.
Consistent awareness of marginalized communities, systemic barriers, and cultural invisibility also inform my approach. I strive to help clients learn to trust their strength, listen to their voice, and filter each decision through the part of themselves that feels most authentic.
