About Isabella Hugh

Isabella is an Integrative Psychotherapist who incorporates EMDR as a core part of her trauma-focused work and is EMDRIA certified. She offers virtual sessions internationally, with an in-person practice in London and Paris. She completed her MA in Integrative Psychotherapy at Regent’s University London and has significant post-qualification clinical experience working with adults impacted by trauma, relational difficulties, and complex emotional patterns, including clinical work in specialist perinatal and family-focused settings.

Her work integrates psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy with EMDR, with close attention to how trauma is held in relationships, identity, and the nervous system, including clients’ lived emotional and bodily experience.

Isabella works with clients seeking depth-oriented therapy, often individuals who function well externally but carry the long-term effects of trauma in their emotional lives and relationships. She is particularly attentive to how early experiences, attachment, and relational trauma shape present-day patterns, supporting clients through periods of change, loss, and transition at a pace that feels thoughtful and steady.

She values a collaborative, reflective therapeutic process and works in a way that balances depth, care, and attunement to each client’s individual pace.
